Slightly overcast today and we needed a less active day to recover from the extensive hiking yesterday. Trelissick Gardens were the first port of call.
I’d been there before, but must have taken a completely different route as they was little I recognised – Highly Recommend.
Next over the river Fal on the King Harry Ferry and off to Portloe, a small harbour on the Roseland peninsular followed by trip further south to yet another harbour, Portscatho.
Finally, to the tip of the peninsular, St Anthony Head from which you get spectacular views across the Fal estuary.
(and that’s where the cryptic title of this post comes from – Anthony Head plays the Prime Minister in Little Britain)
