Helligan

After a night of torrential rain , the day turned out unexpectedly nice. After the long drive to Cornwall yesterday, I did not want to spend too much time on the road today – I decided to revisit the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

After stopping off to visit my cousin who lives in St Austell, I planned to have Sunday Lunch nearby. Unfortunately the place I had ear-marked was fully booked so I continued on Heligan, hoping I would spot somewhere on the way,
