I booked a cottage near Caernarfon this year. An upside down house set on a secluded road along the banks of the Menai Straits and only 10 minutes walk away from the town.

 4th July 2010 at 6:44 pmTook a 4 hour return trip on a train around the mountains of Snowdonia – The weather was not too good which greatly reduced visibility, but it was enjoyable none the less.
3rd July 2010 at 6:30 pmFirst day of my main summer holiday – Staying in North Wales for the first week. To break the journey, stopped off at Erddig (National Trust).
